With my photography I have a special interest in abstract imagery, emphasizing color, texture, shapes, line and composition over literal content. I take pictures anywhere and everywhere. Pearl Street Rust was shot on the steel and concrete stairway of an open air outdoor parking garage in Boulder CO. I saw it as I was going up the stairs to my car, thought it was beautiful and compelling, and shot the picture.
